   全3部構成の第1部「論理の基礎」では、ゼロベース思考と演繹・帰納による論理展開を解説している。人間の思考がいかに既存の「枠」から抜け出せないかや、実際に「枠」を取り除いた思考がどんなものかを示した事例もあり興味深い。ほかに、「なぜ」を繰り返す重要性や因果関係のプロセスなども取り上げている。第2部「論理の整理」では、ある事柄を重なりなくすべて網羅してまとめる「MECE~モレなくダブリなく~」を解説するほか、それを活用したフレームワーク思考を多数紹介している。バリューチェーン、マーケティングの4P、事業ポートフォリオ（PPM）、バランススコアカード（BSC）という経営のさまざまなフレームワークにおけるMECEの実践が学べる。第3部「アウトプットでの活用」では、これまでのまとめで、ロジックツリーとピラミッド思考を取り上げている。文書作成のルールなど、プレゼンですぐに役立ちそうなノウハウが注目である。

   MBAのクリティカルシンキングといえば、洗練された技法を駆使する難解なイメージもあるが、本書の要点が絞られた事例や図解はじつにわかりやすい。MBA的な思考がどんなものかを知るのに最適である。（棚上 勉）

とてもわかりやすかった。同シリーズのマネジメントを見て、購入したのだが、非常に簡単に論理的思考が書いてあった。ちまたにある「論理的思考がわかっていないと読みにくい論理的思考の本」とはちがって、論理的思考ができない人が論理的思考を学ぼうというときの入門書として、いいと思う。手軽さ、読みやすさも、まさにネーミングどおり、「通勤電車」に適していると思う。

論理的思考の概要や、思考法、演習がコンパクトにまとめられており、最初の一冊として手にとるにはよいと思います｡ただクリティカルシンキングはとにかくアウトプットが重要なため、この本一冊を読んだだけで、論理的思考が身に着くとは考えないほうがよいでしょう｡

ビジネスで必要とされる「問題解決」のための思考技術を学べる本です。思考には効率的方法があり、ビジネスの現場ではそれが幾度となく必要な場面があります。その思考技術の基礎が学べる分かりやすい本です。

この本は本当に基礎の基礎しか書いていないので、初めてこのジャンルを学ぶ人は、この本で最低限の知識を習得後、別な本等で勉強する必要があると思います。しかし、後半で出てくる「ロジックツリー」などは、すぐに実践で活躍するはずです。
