目からウロコ！お金に対しての発想の転換ができました。

こういった観点からみた「お金」とその「教育」というものを知ることが出来たのは初めてでした。小さいお子さんやお孫さんを持つ方だけではなく、子育てを終わられた方にも是非読むのをお勧めしたくなりました。お小遣いをめぐっては子供の年齢に関係なく家族の間では年間を通して話題になることが多いのではないでしょうか。それなのに、なかなかそれが子供の自立を助けることにはなっていかないことが多いのではありませんか。この本の大半は子供であっても、お小遣いつまり自分の生活範囲のなかの「経済」ととらえることによって「創造性」と「考える力」を育むこと、前向きな「自分で考える子」「やる気のある子」、そして「自立した子」へのヒントが書かれてあります。後半はそこからずっと繋がっている「お金」の道としての信託･贈与･相続や、個人投資の王道は長期投資であることなどが専門的知識とともに紹介されていて、最後は真の「寄付」や「ボランティア」にはノウハウがいる、という内容でした。どれもみな“なるほど~こういう考えにもとずいていれば「お金」と共に賢く生きていけるのだなぁ~”と思いました。これからの世の中を引っ張っていく次代のお子さんを育てている方には“必読書”です。

物が有り余る環境に育つ子供にとっては、お金に対する感覚が鈍ってきているのが現状だと思います。お金を大切にし、資源の無駄使いを避ける態度を身に付けさせ、それを通じて自立して生活できる子供になってもらいたいです。

やっぱりお金持ちになる人は違いますね。
きちんとお金のコントロール法を子どもの頃から教育されている。
お金とは手段であり目的ではないということも。
我が家でもできることから始めてみようと思います。
まずは親ができることから。
