「石鹸」「重曹」「クエン酸」「グリセリン
これだけを用意すれば、始められる洗濯方法です。
私は、以前から「石鹸」で洗濯していましたが、どうしても汚れが落ちにくいこともあったりしていました。
この本は、汚れによって洗濯方法を説明してくれています。
合成洗剤で一度に洗うよりは、確かに手間がかかります。

でも、この手間で、気持ちのいいお洗濯ができます。
この本を読んでからは、「重曹」は、我が家にはかかせない存在になりました。

最近、私の好きな春と秋がどんどん短くなっている気がする。
「これってやっぱ地球温暖化の影響？」
単純で怖がりの私は急遽環境に良い事をしようと思い立ち
そして何冊か手に取った中の１冊がこの本で中でもこれが一番実践できそう
だったのだ。
早速石鹸、重曹、クエン酸を買いこみ洗濯をしてみるといい感じ。

短気でズボラな私にはすぐ結果のでる洗濯というのは合っていたのだろうが
それにしてもさほど手間がかからず実践できた。
私にできるのなら、誰にでも手が届く。
それが「ナチュラル・ランドリー」なのでしょう。

「せっけん」「重曹」「クエン酸」「グリセリン」
主に、この４つの組み合わせで洗濯することを解説した本です。
他には、汚れによっては、炭酸水などをつかう場合もあります。
それぞれがどのような働きかも解説されてます。納得して洗濯することが出来ます。

コットンのみならず、ウールやシルクといった動物性繊維のもの、ランジェリーなどの繊細なもの、毛布やカーテンといったものの洗濯方法も掲載されております。
そして、衣類のみならず、運動靴やカーテン、毛布などの洗濯の仕方やシミ抜きの方法も解説されてます。
せっけん洗濯で「黄ばみ」「におい」の気になる人もいらっしゃいますが、それの対策法も載っており、せっけん洗濯派にはとても詳しい本です。
