掃除好きが昂じてエコロジカルに興味を持ちました。分かりやすさから、この本を最初に手に取り、面白くて即、実践。その後、同じテーマの本を二十冊くらいは読み、インターネットで情報を集めましたが、結局、最初に手にしたこの本がベース。他で集めた情報をページの端に書きこんで、マイ・掃除バイブルになりました。

読んでも材料を考えると「ほんとかな？」と思うので、まず実験してみたくなります。実験まで行ったら、もうだめ・・・「うわぁ、落ちる！落ちる！」しかも「ピカピカだ！」と、一人でぶつぶつ言いながらその日は一日中掃除していました。掃除嫌いのわたしがです。偶然ラジオで、著者の佐光さんが掃除が好きではないと言っているのを聞いてこの本を買う気になったのです。そのあとは興奮して友達にしゃべりまくりました。その一人はいつの間にかこの本を購入し只今実験中。もう一人は書店で本を探しても見つからず、わたしの本を貸してあげました。母には、母の日のプレゼントにし・・・わたしははまってしまいました。掃除嫌いの好奇心旺盛さんにおすすめの一冊です。

お掃除が大嫌いでした。結婚する前から「お掃除は嫌いなので
あなたがやってください」と夫と公約を結んだほど。
（この公約は守られてませんが…）
妊娠中のつわり時、合成洗剤の香りがどうしてもだめになり、
台所に立つのも、トイレに行くのもつらかった。
また子供が生まれて、清潔にしなくてはと思うあまり

合成洗剤を使っていたら湿疹ができてしまいました。
自分でこうなるのだから、赤ちゃんにはどんなに悪影響か、
安全でしかもきちんときれいにできる、そのことを学びたくて
この本を購入しました。
結果、安全・きれい、その上に楽しい・気持ちいいまで
おまけがついてお掃除がいやじゃなくなりました。
