栄養学博士、心療カウンセラー、健康運動指導士。青葉学園短期大学食物栄養科卒業、日本女子大学食物科卒業、東京農業大学栄養科、アメリカ・ジョージア州立大学栄養科に学ぶ(1987年~1999年アメリカ在住)。エモリー大学講師、バークレー科学大学大学院客員教授。1982年、我が国で初めて栄養学的な面から「食べ合わせ」を提唱。テレビの健康番組にてコメンテーターをつとめる他、新聞、雑誌にて活躍中。「食べ合わせ」や健康に関する著書多数。日本栄養改善学会、日本栄養士会及びアメリカ栄養士会、日本ビタミン学会、日本健康運動指導士会、日本肥満学会、日本アーユルベーダー学会、日本ペンクラブ会員。現在中部学院大学講師。最近では食育活動にも取り組み、「お母さんの愛の食育」主宰。人間を知る意味でノンフィクションも執筆している(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

私が冷え性で悩んでいるのを知っていた友だちがススメてくれました。
その本の内容を見てビックリ！
かわいいイラストがいっぱいで読むというより、見て楽しい。
そして冷え性の私にはうれしい体温アップの食べ合わせやメニューがいっぱい。
簡単にできる体温アップのエクササイズものっていて一冊で三冊分のボリューム。
ものすご〜く得した気分！今は毎日おいしく健康美人を目指してま〜す。
