子供向けに書かれていて、
お料理手品と言っているけど、
普通のお料理なんだなーこれが。

でも、料理を楽しんでつくるということに焦点を絞って
子供でも簡単に作れそうなものを紹介している。

大人にとっては
加熱すれば卵が固まるのも
冷やせばゼリーが固まるのも
当たり前になってしまって感動がないけれど、

それをお料理手品と呼ぶと、なんだかワクワクする。

そういえば、子供の頃は
鍋の中でカラメルソースをつくったりしてるお母さんは
魔法を使っているように見えたっけ。

レシピとしては、
村上祥子さんの他の本で紹介されたものばかりなので
特筆すべきことはない。
でも小学生くらいの子供といっしょに料理を楽しもうと思ったとき、

こんなテキストがあると嬉しい。
