正と負の二極化だと極端な感じもしますが、おっしゃっていることはもっともだと思いました。要は、いいことばかりの人生も、悪いことばかりの人生もないので、表面だけ見て人をうらやんでも意味がない、ということだと思います。

「結果を出している人は、人の何倍も努力している」
「信用される人とは
　■人の悪口を言わない人
　■愚痴や泣き言を言わない人
　■感情をコントロールできる人である」
「人間関係も含めて腹六分の人生が一番幸せ」
「本当の友人というものは一生の内に一人か二人出来るか出来ないか」
「孤独とは惨めでも哀れでもなく、自分一人だけで充分満ち足りているという、毅然とした誇り高い姿」

一見当たり前のことのようですが、誰よりも努力をして苦難を乗り越えてきた美輪さんのことばだけに説得力があり、重く心に響きます。

人との距離のとり方に悩み、淋しさなどの感情に振り回されがちな自分にとっては、大変励みになりました。

この本は、美輪さんが神様に内緒で執筆した本のようです（笑）
なので、内容についてはココで記載は控えますね。
（本の題名に集約されていますけど）
いつも、美輪さんの本の内容は、視点の広さに驚かされ、また勉強になります。
また、明日から「またガンバロウ」という勇気がでる本です。
最初の25ページまでを読んだだけで、感動しました（涙）
「人生なんて、どうせ･･･」などと愚痴っている方、「辛い、辛い」と嘆いている方、
読んでほしい1冊です！！

最初の通読では、わりとさらっと読んでしまった。「なるほど、そうかもしれない」といった感じ。けれどその後、本命の企業にエントリーシート（履歴書のようなもの）を書類選考で落とされるという不幸（個人的にはかなり悲しかった）に見舞われ、うちひしがれながら再びこの本を手に取った。

すると、書いてあることが胸にしみてくる。失敗すら、成功のための材料なんだと気持ちを切り替えることができた。失敗（負）なければ成功（正）なし。なら、大きな正のために負だってどんどん背負い込んでやろうじゃないか！　と思えるようになった。

なんだか人生がうまくいってないなあ……と感じている人にこそ、響いてくる一冊かもしれない。
