このお話、大きなおわん、中くらいのおわん、小さなおわんという具合に、大・中・小のものがいくつか出てきますが、挿絵の絵からそれが分かりにくいような気がします。まぶしくキラキラ光ったという女の子の髪も、はっきりと描かれていません。挿絵に関してはピントが外れているような印象を受けました。明るくきれいな色使いで、かわいらしい絵です。すべてがかわいらしく描かれているので、一度としてワクワクハラハラすることなく、物語は終わってしまいます。
