この本は、顎関節症に悩む患者様を知るバイブル的な本です。
一本の歯の噛み合わせで全身のバランスが狂う事が分かります。
歯科医師、技工士は当然として、一般の人も必読の本です。
’歯’も体の大切な一部です。
最近では、生活様式の変化、高齢化の為にTMJ、TMDに悩む患者様が増えると予想できます。

このような本を手にとって読んで、本当に大切なものはなにか？
理解を深めて欲しいです。

当時、今程医療情報提供がオープンでなかった時代、自分だけの特殊な病気ではないのかという
不安や心配で大変だったと思う。
いまでこそ当たり前に病気としして認知していることでさえ、理解されなかった当人の苦労がにじみ出ている。
各医院や病院めぐりそして病気自体の存在を否定され、気のせいといわれ判断できない医者たち
またその病気の存在を認めてくれない周りの目というものが、端的に表現されている。
各歯科Dr.の学術的な引用もあり、その判断は読む人に任せるにしろ、
実際に治療される立場からの手記という本は、今だなかったと思われる。
勇気を出して、病気と立ち向かった姿には、感動を覚える。
ただし最終的に行き着く先が、本当に治癒できるかどうか疑問も残った、
その!!後の状況を是非知りたいと思うのは私だけであろうか？

顎関節症の治療が難しくなるのはなぜか
判る気がする本です。
治療に関しての歯科医や医師の不勉強なところが
わかります。

歯は全身のバランスの上で非常に大事なことが
わかります。

是非皆さん読んで歯の大切さを実感してください。
