知的財産時代の到来を告げる衝撃の書。うわべのIT専門家や自称ビジネス・モデルの専門家ではなく、ホンモノの専門家がものごとを見通したからこそ書けた、希有な書である。日本では、実はブームに過ぎなかった、キャッシュフロー、SCM、BPM、ITなどが、世界ではどのように位置し、どこへ向かっていくのか。この書を読めば一目瞭然だ。日本は、経営者も一般社員も、実は目先の部分最適な視点でばかり仕事をし、情報を集めている。しかし、本当の価値づくりという「次元」に到達しない限り、個人・企業・国・社会のすべてに明日がないところまで来ているのだ。本書では触れていない、環境問題など重大なテーマはほかにもあるが、まずは、価値づくりということの本質を本書で知ることが肝要であろう。とくに経営屡、マネジメント層およびいわゆる専門家の全てにとって、必読の書である。

企業における知的財産とは何か、知的財産を利用した経営とは、その戦略は？知的財産で儲ける企業に、どう変身していくか、個人、組織、社会は、どうあるべきか？を説明した本です。
知的資本や知的財産、ブランドの評価方法も、いくつか載ってます。

関連して、ナレッジマネージメント等の話題も少々。

副題にある「知識会計」なるものの説明は、ほんのわずか、です。

あくまで経営の本なので、「特許」関連のややっこしい話題は、ほとんど出てきません、素人にも、読みやすかったです。薄く広くという印象を受ける本でした。

話が抽象的で、例も少なめ、本の分量も少ないためか、「あれれ？本当？」「なんで！」と思うところも、少々ありましたが、素人にとっては、「ここまで、知的財産は、重要に!なってるのか！」と驚きながら読みました。

知識で食ってくしかないぞ！知識を生め、活用しろ！と、怒られたました。が、想像力不足か、「では、今日から何をする？」と言われたときに、？？？？。それは、自分で考えろ！ということでしょう。
