著者の体験は貴重なものだと思われます。
自分の言葉で書かれていればよかったのですが、
他人のことばで綴られていると、少し？

他人が何を言ったかは、
実はどうでもよい場合があります。

自分に自信がある場合と、自分に自信がなさすぎる場合です。
どちらの場合も、本では助けにならないかもしれません。

著者が、直接、落ち込む直前に声をかけてくれれば解決するかもしれません。

解決力は、立場についてまわるものかもしれません。

この本は、上司から誕生日にプレゼントされた本です。

派遣社員から店長になって、今も現役の店長さんが書いた本らしく、1つ1つのエピソードが、どれも共感できる内容で、いまの私にはぴったりの内容でした。とても大切なものを得たような気がします♪
とても読みやすいので、おすすめです!!

これまでビジネス書を最後までちゃんと読んだ事がなかったのですが、この本は、ビジネス書とは思えない「読みやすさ」と「面白さ」で、あっと言う間に読めました。面白さの中にも社会人として大切なことが沢山書いてあります。「失敗の反対は？」や「やる木の話」など・・早速、誰かに話したくなる内容で、とても勉強になりました。仕事で落ち込んだ時などに、また読みたくなる内容です。

新入社員や仕事に悩んでいる人へプレゼントすると喜ばれそう！
本が苦手な方へもオススメできます。
