　あらゆる人生指南書が溢れ、予備知識が無ければ、なにから学んでいけば分からず、手近なランキングに振り回され、良書に辿り着けない現在の出版状況。
　あらゆる角度から包括してここに挙げられた本を、一冊一冊読み始めることで、素晴らしい人生の転機を得ることになると思います。
　選定・厳選された本は信頼できる著作ばかりなので、気に入った著者やテーマが見つかったら、是非関連本を読み漁ると、今まで探してきたものの答えが見つかると思います。

　ただのガイドブックで収まらない価値ある一冊です。

50冊のチョイスに著者の個人的趣味が多分に反映されている気がしますが、
内容が簡単に紹介されていて、ざっと目を通すぶんには役立つでしょう
「まず何を読んでいいのかわからない」という人は一読する価値があると
思います

私はこの本で、今まで流行や自分の嗜好で選んできた自己啓発の本を一覧で見ることができ、埋もれているが名著である本などを発見でき多いに参考になった。

この本で旧来の自己啓発コーナーに置いてない心理学の認治療法的な本を知ることができたり、日本であまり知られていないアメリカの著書や古典を知ることができた。
またその本の概要はこの本を読めばわかり、ある程度内容をわかった上で買えるのはありがたかった。

しかし、この本の半分以降からは、ほとんど著者の個人的嗜好で選ばれているようであまり賛同する本がなかった。
