国会警備隊(DG)の隊長・石川は、SP兼恋人の岩瀬と共に岩瀬の妹・海里の結婚式に出席するため渡米する。
岩瀬家の人達との対面に出発前から緊張する石川。岩瀬父と妹には温かく迎えられたが、岩瀬母の反応は…。
石川と岩瀬がメインのラブ・ストーリー『ありがとう』の他、『if』『SCOOP』の２編が収録。

描下しコミックスになって早や２巻目。以前よりＢＬ度が上がったような気がして、ちょっと嬉しい私♪
さて、今回の主人公２人は読んでるこっちが照れてしまうくらい甘々です(笑)
『ありがとう』の前半は悠さんと岩瀬家の人々のお話。悠さんの岩瀬家初訪問。34巻目にして、やっと…！って感じですね。
岩瀬父と妹は既に登場済みですが、お母様は初登場。お母様の外見が岩瀬にも海里ちゃんにも似てなくてちょっと意外でした。
娘はお嫁に行き、息子は愛する人のため日本に骨を埋める覚悟でいる。子供はいつかは親から巣立って行くものだけど…。
岩瀬母の寂しさが“子供達の部屋を改装して”という台詞に込められていて、少し切なくなりました。
このお話のメインは後半です♪　海里の結婚式が終わった後、悠さんと岩瀬にDGの仲間達から素敵なプレゼントが―！
カバー折込みの作者コメントに“今回の話は賛否両論あるかもだけど広い心で読んで…”みたいな事が書いてありますが、
長年、本作品を読んでるDGファンなら大丈夫でしょう(笑) 主人公２人に心から“おめでとう”と言いたい。
『if』は、もしもDGメンバーで白雪姫を演じたら…というお話。白雪姫役は外警のあの方です。西脇さん、ナイス配役です。
恋愛、友愛、家族愛…。全編を通して愛に溢れた1冊。こんな強い絆で結ばれた仲間がいるって本当に羨ましいですね。
今巻はアクション無しなので、物足りなさを感じる人もいるかもしれませんが、読後はほんのり幸せな気持ちになれます。

国会警備隊・隊長の石川 悠(はるか)と補佐兼SPの岩瀬 基寿(もとひさ)のラブラブな話となってます。
とうとう、悠さんが岩瀬ファミリーと正式に対面です。岩瀬の母が初めて登場。二人のことを認めてくれるのか!?という内容です。二人に友人達からのサプライズもあり楽しく読めました。
ですが、しばらくは続きが読めそうにないので残念。
