歴史的な建築作品から若手の建築家の作品まで多種多様な建築が掲載されています。
前述にある様に、建築単体での情報の密度はかなり低いです。
主な内容は、

建築名：建築事務所名：住所：用途：竣工：延床面積
（建築によっては断面図、平面図、アクソメなどが出ています。）
地図から検索する方法と、逆に作者から検索する事も可能です。

現在はインターネットなどで詳しい情報をいくらでも得る事が可能なので、持っていて損はないと思います。

ひとつ不満を挙げるとすれば、携帯するのに適したサイズとは思えません。（mini版があるぐらいなので、要望も多かったのでしょう。）
mini番は手頃なサイズで持ち運びにも非常に適しています。ただ、携帯用に制作された書物の運命か、地図を見る為に目一杯開くとページが抜け落ちてしまいます。
私の使用方が悪いのかもしれませんが、通常サイズのモノでそのような現象が起きた事がないので、一度書店などで現物を確認してから購入した方がいいかもしれませんよ。

建築MAP１　以後（1994〜2003)に東京に出現した建築が、｢都市再生｣の名の下に大量に出現した高層ビルや閉鎖的都市（六本木ヒルズなど）といった大規模なものと、個人が住空間にこだわりを求めるようになった結果さらに増加した狭小住宅などの小規模なものに、二極化している様がよくわかる。
また、１にはなかったインテリアの紹介もあり、現在の東京の現代建築を知るには良いかと思う。

タイトルからイメージしたものと違っていた。建築物について詳しく紹介してあると思ったが、簡単に（100字以内?）触れる程度。建築素人にとっては、よく分からない。
