初級と上級の２回分の本試験模擬問題がついており、
１問ごとに詳細な解説と、得点表で合否の分析ができます。

レーダーチャートも付属しており、著作権法の中で、どの分野が
弱いのかが、はっきりと分かるようになっています。

解説は、１問について１Ｐしっかりと書かれているので、テキスト
からではなく、問題集から勉強を開始されるタイプの方は、
問題を解きながら、学べるでしょう。

解説がかなり詳しいので、この本でも、実力が上がらない、よく分からない、
という場合は、資格試験の勉強に向いてないかもしれません…。

２日で完成とうたっておりますが、平日２日ならばかなりきついと思いました。
しかし、土日を使って２日ならば、かなり実力を上げられるのではないでしょうか。

問題レベルは、著作権検定の本試験と同等くらいで、時間がない場合に、
弁理士試験の短答や論文の著作権法の対策として活用するのもよいのでは、と思いました。
弁理士試験の短答のレベルよりは、ちょっと簡単か、同じくらいか、という印象です。
知的財産管理技能権検定に関しては、２級レベルより、ちょい難しい位、という印象でした。

初級、上級ともに規定の問題数のテストが１つずつしか収録されていない。
にも関わらず値段が無駄に高い。
（それに関する解説はあるが、ネットや他の本も駆使しないと分かりにくい解説になっている。）

ただ、各カテゴリに関する弱点などが分かるようなグラフがあるのは良かったので★２。
これすらなかったら★１つ程度の問題集。
これ１つで２日で合格できるのならよほど簡単な試験か頭の良い人ですよ。
