エコナプキンをつくってみたい、使ってみたい、と思って読みました
その意味では必要な布のサイズや作り方も載っていて使えると思います

ただ、環境ホルモン的な話に関しては、想像や伝聞で科学的な見方のないままの
部分があり残念です。まちがったことは言ってないと思うのですが、この手の
書き方だと、幅広い層に広げるのは難しいのではないかと思います。

エコナプキンそのもの以外の話がやや多いこと、またそこに科学的な視点が
ありそうで理系の人にはものすごく馬鹿にされそうな書き方で説得力が
ないため星ひとつマイナスです。

ちなみに私は文系です、環境問題には興味がありますし　別にそれ自体にアンチでは
ありません。ただこういう書き方の人がいるために「環境問題が好きな人は
ヒステリー」的に見られることが残念、という立場です。

まず、ダイオキシンの体や環境に対する悪影響から書かれていました。
エコ・ナプキンの作り方(プレーンタイプです)や染め方はイラスト入りで何ページかありましたが、使い方は2ページくらいでした。
私は環境云々より、単純に『気持ち良さそうだから使ってみたい』と思い、布ナプキンの種類やどんなメーカーがあるかとか、いろんな組み合わせでの使い方、お手入れ方法やグッズ(家で洗う時や外出時)などを出来れば写真入りで知りたかったので、ちょっと期待はずれな感じでした。
ケミカルナプキンの悪影響やゴミ問題から布ナプキンに興味をもった方にはいいかもしれません。
