軽いタッチの書き方に似合わず、内容は目からウロコ。今までの会議の本には書かれていなかった切り口が満載。参った。「誰でもファシリテーターになれる」を連発して書いているが、読んでいると大げさではなく、確かに誰でもなれると思える。見事に具体的内容。早速やってみようと思う。はじめの書き出しからして他の本とは違う。はじめの２〜３ページを読むだけでも十分役に立つ。余計な理屈がない、いい本だ。

他の「会議」とか「ファシリテーション」の本と比べると非常にシンプルで具体的に分かりやすく書かれている。納得でき、直ぐに使えそうなものばかり。明日から実行してみようと思う。
この手法が使える会議のテーマなども書かれており実践的。すべての会議に使用できるわけではないと書かれているのも・・・当然と言えば当然だが。シンプル　イズ　ザ　ベストかな？
プロジェクターを使用した会議についても触れていただけるとよかったかなと・・・ホワイトボードを使用した番書と同じでいいとは思うが・・・。

今まで、ファシリテーションの本をたくさん読んで勉強してきましたが、どうも理屈がメインで、具体的なやり方についてはよくわからないものばかりでした。ところがこの本は、理屈ではなくとっても＜実践的＞な本で、ここに書いてある通りにやれば私にもできそうな気がしました。初心者にやさしい本だと感じました。早速会社で試したいと思います。
