上司という立場に放りだされて３年目。部下の業務も引き受けながら、多忙な毎日を送り、ヘロヘロになっていたころに出会った１冊です。

そんな新米上司に向けて「力を抜いて」というアドバイスでスタートします。
そしてめざすゴールは「これやっといてワールド」。部下に指示しただけで、ねらいの結果があがってくるという理想的な状況。そんな状況が実現すればどれだけ助かることやら。

そのゴールを達成するために、部下への教育のやり方、上司としてのフォローのやり方、指示の出し方、部下の見極め方などが解説されています。
いままで、「辛い」とか「忙しい」とか苦痛でしかありませんでしたが、この本のアドバイスのおかげで、どうすればよいか、どうしていきたいかが明確になり、ゴールを達成したいという「やる気」を引き出してくれました。まだゴールには遠いですが、少しでも近づけるようがんばっていきたいです。

わたしのようにプレイングマネージャーとして多忙な日々を送ってブルーになっている方へお勧めしたい一冊です。
