あとがきを読んでポロポロと涙したのを覚えています。

『努力しても、努力してもダメな場合は、またやり直せばいい。
どんな挫折にしろ、すばらしい第二の人生が始まるきっかけだ。
もちろん、第三の人生、第四の人生も。』

野口さんは倒産者の会「八起会」を設立し、
心の再起と自殺防止をテーマとして活動されています。

例えが悪くて失礼ですが、
自分の悩みを少し軽くするために自分よりも不幸な人を見て
自分と比べてみるという方法があるようです。

私はこの本を読んで素直に「おれは幸せや。こんなことで悩んでたらあかん。」
と思いました。

生きてるから良いことも悪いこともあるんです。
悪いことは嫌ですけど、良いことは生きてないとないんです。

私は生きます。

自己啓発の本は最近どうもブームのようで色々とほんと似たようなほんが続々と出てきています。しかし、この本は儲けを前提に書いていない、本当に為になる本です。ありがとうの大切さがしみじみとわかる本です。
