実際にマンション経営を１５年されている著者の経験をもとにした、ワンルームマンション経営についての“なんたるか”が書かれています。
バブルを経験されていることもあり、その経験をもとにした話には非常に説得力があり、ためになります。

客観的な事実やデータからメリット・デメリットを検証する本と比較すると、こちらはより実践的なことが書かれており、ワンルームマンション経営を検討している方や、既に持っている方に「やるからには、きちんと想定されるリスクを理解した上で、大家という自覚をもってマンション経営をやりましょう」というスタンスで書かれている点に好感が持てます。

　著者の経験いっぱいの、大家稼業のノウハウ本です。
　マンション投資の心構えから、物件の選び方、運用の仕方などまで、網羅されていますが、マンションを購入した後の、大家としてのノウハウの話が中心となっています。
　マンション経営で、失敗しないために、読んでおきたい本です。業者任せにしておいたら、ほとんど成功できないでしょう。（私がそうでした）
　マンションの選び方については、『サラリーマンでもできる マンション投資・家賃収入で儲ける極意』橋本一郎（明日香出版社）がお薦めです。

マンション投資は言うのは易しいですが実際には様々なリスクがあると思います。本書はその不安に対するノウハウを余すところなく教えてくれている貴重な本です。
