脱税のススメ。

ものすごく面白いです。

元税務署員の著書。

脱税の事件の紹介、脱税法の分類、合法の節税法の紹介。
また、それを取り巻く税務署員のノルマと、国税OBの存在と癒着。


財団、組合、保険あたりが神器っぽいですね。


20年務めると税理士資格取れるというのも初めて知りました。
税理士資格の誕生の裏事情(著者の予想ではあるが)も納得感がありました。

新聞やネットで拾った記事をそのまま載せているだけ。
結局は脱税はいけません。脱税は絶対に見つかりますよと主張している本。
役に立つ情報はひとつもなかった。

確定申告のノウハウを知りたかった私には少々期待はずれでしたが、それでも、別の意味で是非読んでみてほしい本だと思います。

多くの脱税・節税の実例が載っていて、中には人によっては使えるテクニックもあると思いますが、自分で税金に関する手続きをする機会がない人も、税金だけでなく社会の実態をかいま見ることができ、読み物としても面白い本だと思います。

世の中の理不尽なところ、歪んだところを多くの人が認識することで、徐々に浄化されて行くのではないでしょうか。

また、同時に脱税ではありませんが、せっかく苦労して稼いだお金を必要以上に税金で撮られることもないし、払うべきではありません。それをわからせてくれる本です。

難しい言葉はほとんどなく、税金のゼの字も知らない私にも非常に読みやすく、さらっと読めました。

確定申告をするような人は、税金対策の基礎知識として、一読の価値はあると思います。とりあえず、税金関連の手続きが怖くなくなるはずです。
