ひょんなことから、
税金関係の書籍を探していたところ、
大村さんの本書ではない他の書籍と出会い、
それから、同著者他書籍には目を通しています。

『脱税のススメ』最新版は、
脱税を指南することを目的として書かれたのではなく、
脱税をしないで、いかに節税するかを説いています。

当たり前と言えば、当たり前なのですが、
税制が頻繁に変わる現代では、
一年毎に自身の情報を更新しておかないと、
時代にそぐわない税金対策しか施せず、
結果として税金（国税・地方税）などを多く支払い、
公共団体を潤してしまい、
無駄遣いを促進してしまう、という悪循環につながってしまいます。

そうです！！
きちんと税金を勉強して、
合法的に税金を支払わないことこそ、
選挙以外でできる国民の第二の権力行使です。

本書には、2005年から施行された「有限責任事業組合」、
通称ＬＬＰに関して、僅かではありますが紹介されています。

骨子は、組合の売上そのものに税金が掛かることはないということ、
出資人に分配をしたところで、初めて税金がかかるということ、です。

ただし、次の諸点については記述が乏しいので、
ＬＬＰに関する類書を手に取って、
自己学習をするしかないです。

１　組合の設立
２　組合の維持
３　組合の有効期限
４　組合員に必要な確定申告スキル


見開きの右ページには文章が、左ページには図が配置されていて、
大村さんが記した書籍の中では、相当コンパクトに纏まっています。

文章で分からなくても、図が説明してくれるし、
図でフローが不明でも、文章が補ってくれます。
何だか、編集者の才能を感じる書籍に仕上がっています。

ただし、税金関連書籍は、
著者の知識・経験に依存し、構成されることから、
前著の反芻・繰り返しが多くなってしまうのが、
どうしても避けられない弱点と言えます。

それゆえ、一つの書籍に満足することなく、
複数の税金関連書籍に当たり、
自分が施すことのできるアイデアなり手法を
学び取っていく姿勢が大切になるはずです。
いわば、税金対策のリスク分散が必要です。

本書だけではリスク分散はできないという意味で、
星は四つということにおさめさせていただきます。

「その税金は払うな」に比べて説明は丁寧だったが、物足りなかった。税務調査のことや業種別脱税法など、図を使った説明は全く税金の知識がない人間への配慮だろうが、不要な図が多く感じられた。個人的には脱税の方法や、税金を安くする手段を知りたかったのだが、「その税金は払うな」と比べて目新しいことはなかった。
