これと同じような本を4，5冊購入し、すべてやってみましたが、
この本が一番よかったです。
理由は、速く計算するための考え方の解説が一番わかり易く、実践的だと感じたからです。
インド人が速く計算できるのは、頭がいいからではなく、
速く計算するための仕組みを理解しているからだということがよくわかりました。

今の日本人の教育には、この考え方は組み込まれていないので、習得するためにはやはり訓練が必要です。
ただその考え方自体は難しいものではないですし、誰にでも習得できるものだと思います。
知的能力を高めるためのベースとして、計算力をアップさせたい人の入門書としておすすめです。

日本の小学校は２年生で９×９までの九九を学習しますから、
３年生以降にこの本で二桁三桁四桁…の九九を学習すればコワい物ナシ！だと思います☆
中学受験を考えている方には特に必見だと思いますよ。
国語における漢字力、算数における計算力は共に基礎中の基礎なので、
ここに不安がなければ応用問題を沢山解く時間がうまれますから☆

発想や着眼点を変えると、計算はこんなに簡単で面白くなる! インド人の皆さんにはホント頭が下がります。ただし、私のように頭が固い人は一辺に最後までやらないよう注意。計算用紙と筆記具を用意して、少しずつユックリと何度もチャレンジして身に付けていきましょう。
