ツェツェの本はすべて面白いけれどこの本は私にとって特別です。
開いた瞬間から本の中身の鮮やかさに興味をもたずにいられないといった感じです。行った先々でそのつど感じた事や、写真、絵などとてもカラフルでおしゃれです。旅の宝物を集めたらしい最後などは必見。

日本に来日した際の日本の旅日記もあり、日本人では興味を持たない事にも興味を持ったりしてとても面白いです。

『宝物』ー人によってその<定義>が違うと思うが、私は彼女たちの
ように、世間でいう「金銭的価値」のあるモノよりも「思い入れ」の
強いガラクタのほうが、ずっと大切に思われる。特に、旅先で買ったり
誰かにプレゼントされたものは、眺めるたびに当時の状況を思い出すので
とても貴重。「他人から見たらゴミかもしれないな... 」と感じつつも、
絶対に捨てられない品目が、私にはある。災害時・緊急時には、きっと
持って逃げると思う。「かたち」ある宝物とは、そういうものでは？

値段の割にとても小さな本ですが、ツェツェの好きな人ならまあ満足するでしょう。旅先でのユーモラスな写真や絵がぎっしりで、文章も読みごたえがあります。ツェツェの目のつけどころはさすが、と感じます。日本に来た時には、銀座のゴミ置き場に捨てられた名前入りのお酒のボトルを見つけるところなどツェツェらしい？全体に色もきれいな写真が多く持っているだけでもうれしく、満足感もあります。もう少し大きい本だと、さらに嬉しかったのですが…
