どちらかというと、熊谷スタイルに似ていると思います。

　熊谷正寿さんの本でも書かれていた欲しいものの写真等を手帳に貼り付けることがカラーで載っているので、イメージを持ちやすいと思います。

　３ＫＭ手帳はお値段もそんなに高くないので、熊谷スタイルには手が出ないという方は、一度こっちを買ってみるのもよいかもしれません。

ただ、バインダー式ではないので、アレンジはしにくいかもしれません。逆に、ポケットに収まるので携帯しやすいと思います。

　図表や、チャート、実際に使われている手帳のリフィルのコピーもたくさん載っており、読みやすいと思います。

　すでに、３ＫＭ手帳を活用されている方の体験談も結構載っています。

　企業で一括して購入されているところもあるみたいです。

　熊谷スタイルとどっちがいいかと聞かれると、熊谷スタイルには金欠のため手が出ないのでよくわかりませんが、読み合わせてみるのがよろしいのではないかと思います。

　単なる手帳の本というより、熊谷さんの本と同様、手帳を活用して人生設計し、有意義な人生を送るための本だと思います。

　ざぁ〜っと目を通してまず感じるのが、とてもビジュアル化されていて見ていて楽しいということです。たくさんの方の手帳が紹介されておりとても楽しく参考になりました。

　成功のための手帳というよりは人生を充実させるためのツールという印象で、他の手帳を利用されている方でも比較的容易に本書の内容を応用できるであろう有意義な内容でした。また、最後の章は自己啓発書的観点からも非常に秀逸でこの章だけでも一読の価値はあると思いました。大変よくまとまっており感心しました。

自己実現を可能にするツールとして手帳があります。能率手帳ではなんとなく消化しきれない部分・・・かといって、熊谷式は高くて手が出ないし、三日坊主になると投資が無駄になるような気がする？そんな方に３ＫＭ手帳はピッタリはまります。ただし、活用の仕方がわからなくては話になりません。私の場合、まず本書を読み、３ＫＭ手帳を購入し、再度本書を読み返しました。そしてチェックリストに○×をつけ始めてから、はや２ヶ月が過ぎました。これは人生を変えてくれるかもしれません。もちろん、来年も３ＫＭ手帳は購入します。
