よくある場面で、２つの正反対の考え方をうまくとらえています。
どちらが良いか悪いかではなく、自分がどちらの考え方をしているか考えてみるのに役立ちます。癖になった考え方に気付くことができますよ。

この本を読んでから意識して回りを見るとなるほどと納得してしまいました。本当に良く観察されていると思います。それらを通して分かることは、表面的な部分に惑わされるのではなく本質的な部分まで掘り下げる習慣をつける提案のようです。たとえば、決断力がないのではなく他人に任せる決断をしているだけだという部分は目から鱗でした。その他納得させられる内容が多い本なのでお勧めしたいと思います。

ビジネスマンとサラリーマンの思考を比較して皮肉った構成になっていますが、それは手段として利用しているだけでマインドすなわちこころの持ち方にスポットを当てています。何をするにしても、しっかりとしてマインド、腹が据わった覚悟がなければ自信をもってやっていけないことを伝えようとしている一冊です。理論体系ががっちりした哲学書とは異なり庶民が発見的に書いたようなものなので細部にこだわらず読むと良いでしょう。

流行を追った本ではないようなのでページ構成やイラストにもう一ひねり欲しかった気がします。
