photoshopCSに興味が出てしまい、体験版のCSをダウンロードして練習している最中です。今まで他の画像加工ソフトを触ったことはあるので、コンピュータ上で画像を加工する際に必要な入門知識は最低限わかっているレベルです。

CSの練習方法として、時間をみつけてはこの本のCD-ROMに入っているデータを元に、説明されている作業工程に沿って画像加工を繰り返しています。
この段階での感想です。

○メリット
・加工データと加工後のデータがCD-ROMに収録されているので、比較できること。
・画像加工に関連する知識（色について）なども、コンパクトにまとめられているので、まったく知らない人でも「色の設定」について基本情報がわかること。
・基本的な画像加工について、一通り分かるようになっている。

●デメリットというか、改善して欲しい点
・誤字脱字があり、説明文にわかりにくい点があること。
・作業工程について説明するキャプチャ画面が小さいため、直感的に理解しにくい。もう少し、キャプチャした絵を大きく掲載していただきたかったです。

総合的な感想として、コンパクトに基本的なことがまとめられていると思います。でも、若干改善していただきたい点があったので、星三つとさせていただきました。
