この本は出産なんてことがまだ自分とは関係のないときに購入して読みましたが、実際、妊娠した時には何度も読み返しました。最初の妊娠の時にはこれからどういう課程で出産まで流れていくのか、そしてその大仕事がどんなものなのか、などと情報がほしくなります。私は妊娠中、いくつかの出産体験を書いた本を読んだりしましたが、堀田あけみさんのこの本が細かなところまで書いてあり、気持ちもリアルに伝わってきてよかったと思います。また、出産後に読んでも違った気持ちで読めてよかったですよ。何回読み返しても読みがいのある本なので、私、オススメの１冊です。
