ホームベーカリーレシピとあったので、中身を確認せずに買いました。
まず、私には使えないなー、と思った理由の一つに、標準とされているブレッドマシーンが異常に大きいこと（2.7斤とかそういう単位だったと思います。）
あと、写真がどれもあまりおいしくなさそうで作る気がおきないのです。
ただ、組み合わせ自体はおもしろいので、自分でいろいろ工夫をして調整できる方には目新しくてよいのではないかな、と思いました。
計量カップなんかの単位が日本とは違うため、いちいち計算しなおさないといけないのが面倒なので、私は買ったまま一度も使っていません。

しっかりしたハードカバーの分厚い本が届きました。色々な工夫されたレシピがあり楽しめる一冊だと思います。日本に出回っているホームベーカリーのレシピ本よりも本格的な感じもします。意外に油の量は少ないです。それから、粉が３、５カップも入るレシピばかりなので、（最初に注釈があります。この大きさのベーカリー専用と）１カップ＝約１３５グラムになるのかな？日本のベーカリーにあわせて計算し直さなくてはなりません。それに甘いパンの項目で、ベーキングパウダーを使ったレシピがやや多かったのですが、自分は使わないので少し残念です。でも！写真も発想も日本のホームベーカリー本とはひと味違い、楽しめました。日本の本に飽きてしまった方には良いかも。
