インデックスを見ると例えば発熱に関わるレメディがすべて書いてあり
その下に悪寒Ars Calc Puls 、発汗なしBell Bry Gelsなど詳しく書いてあって比較がしやすい。

本文も見開きで右は全般的徴候、モダリテイー、食べ物など
左は適応症、似たレメディの比較と、どこに何が書いてあるか一目瞭然。
似たレメディの比較は細かく比較してあり、それぞれの特徴がはっきり書いてある。

どのレメディを選んで良いか分からないときにとても助かる実用的な１冊。
１つ１つの項目も丁寧に書かれているので読み物としても楽しい。

何冊か　ホメオパシーの本は買いましたが、この本は　一冊でも十分活用できるし　勉強にもなると思いました。ホメオパシーの基本から、応用まで　詳しく書いてあり、本格的な勉強をしている人にも　初めての人にも　お勧めです。写真が豊富で　イメージがつかみやすいのも特徴です。

メリハリのある写真や構成などがいかにもアメリカやイギリスっぽい本です。ホメオパシー自体の歴史や説明は初心者にわかりやすく簡潔にまとめてあり、本の殆どは各レメディの詳しい説明と症例等です（マテリア・メディカ）。
レメディの入手法などは日本と事情が合わないので注釈がしてあります。先に中村裕恵氏のホメオパシーセルフケアBOOKを読んでいたので、ホメオパシー自体の解説や日本人から見たホメオパシーの現実の読み物としては少し物足りませんでした。
全く初めてホメオパシーの本を読む、かつ、日本での入手法なども参考にしたいなら、各レメディの解説もそこそこ充実している中村氏の方が「楽しい」かもしれません。
各症状やそれに対応するレメディのより詳しい解説（レパートリーインデックスとマテリア・メディカ）として私のような初心者が本棚に並べておくなら本書が適切かと思います。
