主なレメディについてはまるまる1ページを使って写真入りで
適する主症状、このレメディが合うタイプの人の気質
（一人を好む傾向、おしゃべりをしすぎる、仕事を頑張りすぎて
しまう、など）も説明されています。
また、生理痛、風邪、歯痛など多種多様にわたるそれぞれの
不調に適するレメディとポテンシー、服用の頻度などが書かれ、
セルフケアとしてレメディを選べるようになっています。
風邪でもゆっくり進行するのか、いらいらを伴うのか、など
その人に現れる症状によって合うレメディは変わります。
読んでると自分に効きそうな気がするものがたくさんありすぎて
悩みすぎるという欠点もありますが・・・。
重い病気（うつ病、糖尿病、脳卒中など）については自己判断を
避けて欲しいのか、症状や治療例は載せているが、かかりつけの医者や
ホメオパシー医への相談を促しています。
ホメオパシーの理論については基本程度で詳しく書かれてないです。
読んでいて楽しいので時間つぶしや勉強にはとてもいいと思いますが、
でかすぎます。
でも結局しょっちゅう読み返してるので役に立ってます、

ホメオパシーの実践版として、判り易い本です。実際に使っていく上で参考になるガイドブックのようなバイブルです。お値段は高いのですが、一見の価値ありです。いつも手元に持っているには、、ちょっと大き過ぎるのが少々難点かも。

ホメオパシー初心者でありますが、
この本に書いてあるマテリア・メディカがものすごく
ユニークで興味をそそられます。(^^♪

この本がなければ私はホメオパシーに興味をもたなかったでしょう。
代替医療の新時代が訪れそうです。
