チャクラって何？　7つの光が輪になって色があって・・ていうのはわかるけどそれがどのようになってるのか、どんな作用なのかをすごくわかりやすく､且つ深すぎず浅すぎずで、理解しやすい内容でした。　チャクラを習得するのには、この本で充分と思います。あともっと詳しく深めていくならアロマや密教や仏教、世界宗教、インド国の事、心霊学等ありますが、一番の入り口がこの本でした。　決して値段は安くはありませんが、実際読めば高くも感じませんでした。

表紙の色が真っ黒だけれど、中は七色がとりどりにちりばめられていて、目にぱっとはいってきます。
チャクラって何？という人にはイラストや写真が載ってて見やすい。
チャクラに対応するアロマやストーンをお探しの人はぱっと見つかる。
しっかりととらえたい人にはひとつのテーマが一面で見られ、エネルギーの流れや扱い方なども読めて、充実した一冊だと思います。
色、音、香り、食品など、五感と結びついてるのも、読んでて面白いと思いました。
参考書としてもっておけるので、決して高すぎることはないと思いました。

チャクラやオーラを深く知らない初心者にも知っている上級者にも
大変　分かりやすく　真実が書かれており　とても波動の高い書物です。
音や　クリスタル　アロマを使ったチャクラヒーリング法は無数にあるけれど
いんちきばかり。
この本は　読んで損はしませんし　ずっと　読めるものだと思います。

チャクラ本では絶対お薦めです。
