それぞれの美しいカラーでビジュアル的に表現されるチャクラの解説が眼をひく。チャクラに対応するアロマオイル、クリスタルなどの一覧ばかりでなく、写真入りでエクササイズのやりかたも載っているで、自分自身で癒しを実践していくことができる。

とても実用的だと思った。カラーページがきれい。説明もわかりやすい。早速自分のチャクラをチェックして、キャンドルをつけ、浄化したパワーストーンを手に持ち、瞑想を始めたら、握っていた手のひらがチクチクした。気持ちも楽になりリラックス。とっても神秘的な経験が出来た。

カラーページの本なのでとても絵と色彩は綺麗だと思います。
しかし、「チャクラって何？」という段階の人（私）が
読むのには少々難しかったように思います。
初めの一歩用には向かないと感じました。
多少チャクラの知識をお持ちの方向けかもしれません。
でも、アーティスティックでエネルギーに満ちた本
という印象も受けました。
パワーストーンなどのアドバイスも載っていて
目で見て楽しい本でした。
