ピラティスへの興味ではなく、単に武田美保さんのビジュアル本がほしかったので購入。写真集であれば一番
いいのだったけど・・・。ビジュアル的な希望は残念ながら達成されず。やはりまっとうなピラティス本。
あと、彼女のからだは引き締まっていないというよりは立派な体幹をしてるっていうのが正しいと思う。
付録のＤＶＤは10分ほど。内容は「武田美保のPILATES LIFE」からの抜粋。

何冊かピラティス本を持っていますが、初心者にも簡単にできそうな内容です。ただ、武田さんの写真が意外と引き締まってなくて、あまり説得力に欠けているように思いました。スタイルがよくなりたい人にはおすすめできないかも‥
