たしかに、そのメニューに関しては多少の節約になるのだが、
こういう倹約メニューをつくり続けないことには
小麦粉があまり、豆板醤があまり、みたいなことが起こってしまう。
それにやっぱり、薄力粉のパンは難しい。
どうして強力粉が使われてきたのかがよく分かる。

あと、安く仕上げるために鶏ムネ肉をつかっているが、
やはり家族から不評で、モモ肉を使うことになった。

時間的余裕と気持ちの余裕と、両方がないと
この倹約レシピ活用はなかなか続かない。

TVの１ヶ月１万円生活の人気メニューのレシピ本。
画面に次々と繰り出されたおいしそうなメニューがどっさり。
森三中の村上が作っていた薄力粉の中華まんやパン、ピザは特に作ってみたかったので、詳細が分ってとってもウレシイ。
節約料理だが、手間とおいしさはタップリ、節約は贅沢なおいしさを呼ぶのかも。

オールカラーで立派な作りなので、料理を作るときに開きっぱなしにならない…。そこが残念。
続刊希望！

黄金伝説を見てかなり気持ちが盛り上がっちゃった私、早速本を買って森山中、村上さんの小麦粉料理に挑戦、パンをつくったのですが分量どうりにしてもなかなかうまく作れない・・・・・。何だこのパン・・。料理慣れしてない私にはちょっと向いていなかったみたい。料理の品数が少ないのもあって・・・飽きちゃった。
