中村 八郎
1946年長野県生まれ、日本大学大学院理工学研究科修士課程修了。東京都国分寺市役所で20年間「市民参加の防災都市づくり」、都市計画の業務に取り組む。この間、防災まちづくり係長、都市計画課長補佐を歴任。その後(株)防災都市計画研究所所長を経て、NPO法人環境・災害対策研究所副理事長。日本大学理工学部、東京農工大学農学部非常勤講師(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
