秋山氏が霊界や霊についてのさまざまな質問に答える形で構成された本ですが、詳細かつ実際的な説明がなされていますので、読んでいてとても内容が濃いと感じました。ただ彼の「私は宇宙人と出会った」（秋山真の著者名）のレビューにも書いたのですが、秋山氏はＵＦＯブームのころは、「霊界は存在しない」と語り、他の太陽系惑星のことを述べていたにもかかわらず、スピリチュアルブームが到来した現在では、「若いころから霊界からのメッセージを受けていた」という矛盾した発言をしているという謎は残りますので、彼の発言の信憑性は不明です。

そうは言っても、彼が非常に博識であり、多くの人から情報を得ているように私は感じていますので、
彼の話の内容は（自身の体験ではなくても）真実の体験をした人々から得た情報が入っている可能性も高いように感じますので、本全体の内容の信憑性はもしかしたらかなり高いかもしれないとも感じています。

超能力、ＵＦＯ、霊などに関心の高い多くの人々との交流やカウンセリングをしてきている秋山氏は、トリックを見破る知識も豊富のようで、それらの分野の読者の心理も心得ているように思いますので、興味深い話をするノウハウにも長けていると思いますので、彼の話を聞く際は、こちらも慎重である必要がある思います。

ただ、繰り返しますが、自身の矛盾した発言の真相については本人の説明を聞きたいです。

「死後世界」シリーズの一つとして買ってみたが、
別物として読むほうがいいだろう。

著者なりの解釈でわかりやすく、
死後の世界、霊の概念を書いている。

この通りの死後世界があるかどうかは
わからないが、俺なりに死を恐れる要素が
一つ解消されたと思っている。
