日本人は兎角、感情表現が苦手な民族であると言われています。
確かにその通り、他人には気の利いた言葉で声かけ、受け答えしているのに、
夫婦となるとなかなか出来ていないのが現実ではないでしょうか。
それは、誰よりも親密な関係であるからこそ、
言わなくても分かるだろうといった感覚が自然発生し、
強いては、会話無し、お互いの欠点攻撃などが助長されてしまっているのでしょう。
実はそのことをお互いが望んでいるのではないこと、
仲良く過ごしたいと思っていることが、この本を読んで分かりました。
特に後半のセックスレスについての項目は、とても参考になりました。
しかし、一朝一夕に上手く改善するものではないでしょうが、
この本に書いてある内容を知っておけば、どこかで得すると思います。
倦怠期にあるご夫婦必読の参考書です。

夫婦仲を良くする事が、家族を取り巻く悩みを解決できる近道であるという観点から
どうすれば夫婦仲が悪くなり、どうすれば夫婦仲が良くなるのかを的確に答えてくれる本です。
何も夫婦仲について勉強せずに結婚する人がほとんどですが、この本の内容を知っているか
どうかで家庭の幸せ度に雲泥の差が出ると思います。
結婚してる人、これから結婚を考えてる人　必読の本！

　夫婦関係が良いかどうかが、幸福感に大きく影響を
与える要素の一つであることに間違いはなさそうです。
　本書では、夫婦関係を楽しいものにするアドバイスと
タブーについて分りやすく解説と実践方法を紹介して
くれています。

　夫婦関係に限らず、人間関係を改善するポイントは、
男女の違いに関する適切な知識の習得とちょっとした
コツ(テクニック)の実践・継続のようです。

　何かの縁で一緒になったパートナーを変える(替える)
ことを考える前に、何か自分が出来ることを自分から
はじめてみて試行錯誤してみるのは悪くないと思います。
小さな積重ねの末には、予想以上のリターンが待っている
気がします。
　
　年齢に関わらず、結婚をしている人、これからしようと
考えている人にはおすすめできる1冊です。(堅苦しい
内容ではなく、読みやすいので読書が苦手になった、
年配夫婦にもおすすめです。ただ、夫婦関係から得られる
人間的な成長という視点が少し不足しているのが残念です。)
