問答形式で非常に分かり易く、決して人には聞けない様な質問にも丁寧に答えているところが良いです。
例えば、「霊になってもおなかがすくの？」、「霊になっても睡眠は必要？」、「霊が増え続けても霊界はいっぱいにならない？」などが
昔ラジオ番組であった子供電話相談室を彷彿させます。
又、「行き過ぎた快楽は霊にとって痛みになる」を読んで、うーんそうだよなと納得して生活習慣を変えさせられた一冊でした。

この世でエゴと物欲のまま生きたフランチェッツォ氏が、死後、想念界や地獄の苦しみを
体験し、その自責の念から、利他的な心で努力向上することにより、霊界に至るまでの
道のりを物語り形式に分かり易く説明されています。

地獄における描写は、地獄とはこうも劣悪な場所であるかと思い知らされました。
鬼や得体の知れない物体に追い掛け回され、死んでも死にきれず、死ぬよりつらい
経験をするそうです。

やはり、この世で犯した罪は、いずれ自ら報いなければならないのでしょう。

この本では、想念界(守銭奴がいく場所、利己主義者が行く場所など)がこうも細かく
分かれているのかと、新たな発見がありました。

想念界や地獄のつらさを知ることで、この世における生き方を見直す機会となりました。

この本は死んで霊界へ行ったイタリア貴族の霊が様々な体験をして、少しずつ霊を清め上層の霊界の国へ登っていく様子をロンドンに住む霊媒師に語った物語です。読み進むうちに金銭や物欲にとらわれて生きている事の愚かさと怖さがよくわかります。今からでも遅くない。正しい生き方をしなければ---と思いました。
