高山なおみさんの料理本はほとんど拝見しておりますが、中でも特にお勧めしたい１冊です。使う材料もスーパーでごく普通に手に入るものがほとんどで、メニューも肩肘張らないシンプルなものが多く、初心者の人でも気軽にトライできる内容だと思います。
ブックカバーも付いており、台所の脇に置いて気軽に使える感じがいいです。
ちなみに私は、結婚祝いの品として贈りました。

高山なおみさんのレシピ本は、ほとんど購入してきて我が家の献立に役立たせていただいてます。食べてみるとありきたりな味付けではないのが魅力です。料理の素材から出てくる旨味や甘み苦みなどを楽しめ、素材が育てられてきた自然を感じます。とにかく、美味しいし失敗もしないです。

今回の本はレシピ数の多さがさらに実用性を増すように思えます。どのページを開いても、そのまま今日の献立にしてしまえそうです。

高山なおみさんの本を参考にされたことがある方は言うまでもなく本屋さんなどで手にとられるかと思いますが、初めての方にもおすすめします。

気取ったところがなく、普通の生活に根ざして、でもとってもおいしいお料理。なんだか、ほっとできる本です。写真もなんだか変にきらきらしていず、料理そのものが見える感じで素敵です。
