日々ごはん123が大好きだったので、4が発売されているのを知って即買いしました。読むのがもったいなくてわざとスピードを緩めて読みました。なおみさんの、ゆったりとしていて、それでも喜怒哀楽に素直な文章がとても心に染み入ります。前巻まで濃く描かれていた、なおみさん、スイセイさん、りうさんの関係が暖かくて大好きでした。りうさんが家を出て行ったのが寂しいなぁ、と思っていたのですが、今回は新しい居候のちよじさんが登場して、また新たな人間関係が生まれていました。なおみさんは、自分の周りにいる人、関わっている人に本当に愛情を持っているのだな、そして愛されているのだな、としみじみと思います。

なんといっても日々ごはんを読んでいると自分も台所に立ちたくなります。野菜を触りたくなります。そして、一番感銘を受けたのは、「味噌汁ってこんなにもバラエティー豊かなんだ！」ということ。入れる具とその組み合わせが、私にはあまりに新鮮で、「味噌汁って自由だ！」と強くつよーく思いました。

今回は「野菜だより」を中心とした、料理の撮影に関わる話が多かったように思います。kuu kuuで働いてらっしゃった頃に比べると、読み物としてはエキサイティングさがやや低め、という意味で星は４つです。

まず、この「日々ごはん４」を読み、とっても面白いと感じ、「日々ごはん１、２、３」も購入。でも個人的に４が一番好きだなあ。
もう十回以上は読み返している。
日々の日記に献立が載っているのが楽しいしありがたい。
高山なおみのリアルな日常が見られてうれしい。
日記は一日一日が長くはないが、毎日の切れ切れとした時間に少しずつ読めるのもよい。毎日の食事作りにも役に立ってます。というか、読んでいるとまねしたくなる。
人間の根本に目覚めさせられ、改めて「大事なもの」に目をむけるようになりました。
