料理研究家といえば、良妻賢母の栗原はるみ、とか
料理まっしぐらみたいな小林克代とか、いろいろ綺麗な、ショウアップされたイメージがありますが、高山なおみという人は少し違うような気がします。

この本は夫スイセイとの暖かな生活と、その娘との微妙な関係とか、自分の悩みやら不満を正直に日記に書き記す「料理を核とした日記文学」です。その生身かげんがわたしたちと同じラインにいるんだと安心させてくれるような、そんな日記です。

もちろん書き下ろしのレシピもいいですよ。

ＨＰで見るよりも、よりしっくりとことばが入ってきます。
文章はもちろん、表紙・文字の配置・紙質・手にとったかんじなど
高山さんを囲むいろんな人の愛を本全体から感じます。
誰かと比べたりしないで、自分の気持ちに向き合って
正直にいればいいんだな、とか素直に思えました。

高山さんの料理本が大好きで、本の中に出てくるエッセイも大好きでした。
ホームページの掲載時より、はやく書籍化されるのを心待ちにしてました。
表紙も素敵で、おまけレシピがついているのでお得感もいっぱいです。
著者の日常に触れる事が出来るのもこの本の魅力の一つですが、毎日の献立がちゃんと書いてあるのが、とても参考になりました。

改めて高山さんの魅力に、どっぷり浸ってしまいました。
