素敵な表紙に惹かれて本屋さんで手にとって購入しました。著者の青木さんはきちんとした催眠の専門家のようで、爽やかな語り口のＣＤがとても聞きやすかったです。私も自分の潜在意識にポジティブな未来を映し出して、幸せな暗示をかけていきたいと思いました。

催眠に関してまったく知らない人にもわかりやすく書かれた本だと思う。
実はCD目当てで買ったのだが、誘導（特に導入部）が丁寧で驚いた。
以前○万円かけて「ヒプノセラピー」なるものを受けたのだが、その誘導
よりもずっと丁寧。

青木氏の声も心地よい。

催眠によって開花される可能性の無限さを知り驚きました。
また、催眠は魔法ではないことや催眠を受けるに当ってのクライアント側の不安をひとつひとつ丁寧に答えてくださっていることに共感しました。
とても読みやすく、呼んでいるだけで心地よくなる本です。
私のお勧めの一冊です！
