全ページカラー・全部のお料理がアップの写真で、見ているだけでおいしそうでほんのり嬉しくなってしまう本です。ひとつひとつに派手さは無いけれど家庭で出来る範囲内できれいに仕上がるお料理が多く、器との相性が抜群に良いと思います。一般的な家庭料理のレシピはひとつも無くひとひねりあるものばかりで、私のお気に入りは「カニとピーナッツの揚げ春巻」「春菊と白身魚のジュッ」です。 ただし、作り方の説明は簡単にしかありませんので、材料の下拵えや基本的なお料理ができない人は、このレシピでお料理するのは無理だと思われます。

芸能界でも、お酒と料理好きで知られる山瀬さん。
結婚なさってからますます、腕も磨かれ、何より昔の舌っ足らずの口調からはイメージできないような技ありの一品が紹介されています。

ほんとにお料理が好きで、作っている人にしか書けない内容の本で、昔はあまり好きではないタレントさんだったのですが、いまじゃすっかりごひいきにさせていただいています。

だんなさんもいいひとで、本文中のコラムの中に、奥さんを料理上手にさせるにはこれが一番効果があるかも…と思わせるようなエピソードが紹介されています。うらやましいくらい、いいご夫婦です。

そういう周辺情報もひっくるめて、お買い得な本だと思います。

ただ、前に書かれていたレビュアーさんのおっしゃるとおり、料理本として使うのは、作り方が詳しく書かれていないので、初心者であれば楽しむための本と割り切って購入されるのがよろしいかと思います。

以前から料理好き＆飲兵衛とは知っていましたが、テレビで山瀬さんが作った料理を他のゲストの方々が食べるコーナーがあり、みなさん本当に美味しそうに食べていたのが印象的で早速注文しました。

家にある材料で（なくても近所のスーパーで手軽に手に入る）ササっと作れそうなメニューや、おもてなしにも使えそうなメニューまであり、写真もとても美味しそうなので、見ているだけで楽しくなりました。
全くの初心者の方ではなく、料理好きの方にオススメです。
