もしかして私も？と思っている方は必見です。
日本で唯一高度な検査、診断、治療をしている北里研究所病院の先生が書かれた本です。
もし症状が軽度なら、この本を読んで対策をすれば軽減すると思います。
もっと深刻なら、この病院に行ったらどんな検査で判断してもらえるのかが詳しく書いてあります。

現在は何拠点か化学物質過敏症を扱う病院も増えてきました。
私は職場のタバコが原因で発症しました。脱力することが多く動けないことが多かったのですが現在はだいぶ改善しました。
他のいくつかの病院で「異常なし」と言われ北里にたどり着きました。
病院に行くのが一番ですが、先生の話が理解し易いと思いますので一読をおすすめします。
<私の経験>
発症の特徴として動体視力が異常に悪くなるので動体視力検査を行いました。
治療は解毒と治癒力の強化が中心でした。
マルチビタミン、ミネラルの摂取。
（皮膚に反応がある場合はパントシン酸、ビタミンＨ）
野菜を多くとる。
またこれ以上化学物質を摂取しない努力をする。
入浴時は炭を入れる。
オーガニック食品を多くとるなど。活性炭入りのマスクをする。
治りませんが改善しました。
またこの病気になると併せて生殖器の疾病が見つかることが多いそうです。

本を読み疑わしい症状があるようでしたら通院をお勧めします。
