兎に角一読をお薦めする。宗教家が書く内容の書物とは到底思えない。何十年も兵法を駆使して戦ってきた経営者・企業家が当人が亡くなる直前に自己の手のうちを惜しげも無く公開したかのような内容の濃さと深さがある。
それともこの日本で宗教組織を運営拡大するとういうことは、それだけの企業家意識が無いと成功は難しいと言うことでもあるのだろうか？

先ず読んで驚くのは著者の現代にたいする時代感覚である。閉塞感が強く未来が見えにくい現代社会でもあるが、著者は【未来への萌芽は必ず現代に隠れている】。故に常に情報を集め鋭い未来感覚を持てば、未来社会の見取り図、価値観等が見えてくるということだ。

そして著者は現代の日本で起きていることは、土地担保主義の終焉であり資本家の総入替えであり、新たなる事業家・巨大財閥が現れてくる【革命】の時代であると言う。言いかえれんば、誰でもその革命期の中で台頭していく可能性はあるということだ。その転換期の今、如何にして生き成功するか、常勝の生き方をするかを具体的・緻密に説かれているのが本書である。
本書を精読・熟読し己の武器に変えた人間の中から、新たなる時代を創造する事業家・企業家が多く現れ、新しい日本社会が出現することが見えてくる一書だ。

学術的な経営書を読むよりも遥かに分かりやすくて、かつすぐに実践できる内容が詰まっている密度の高い本という印象を受けた。平易な文章ではあるが、常に勝つための組織経営の方法が述べられており、不況に負けたくない、常に勝ち続けたいと願う経営者にとってかなり有益な示唆が多いと思う。

２０年近い歳月、実践で使い抜いた兵法が惜しげもなく公開されている｡個人と所属組織が勝ちつづけていくための智慧が網羅されている｡また、平易な表現でわかりやすく｢経営の真髄｣が語られているところが凄い!つまみで言えば、するめ。読めば読むほど味が出てくる本だ｡二読三読の価値あり｡変化する社会で決して勝負から逃げない決意ができた。生き抜く勇気が出てくる。現代人を苦しみから解放したいという著者のあついハートに胸が熱くなる本でもある｡
