ラットを使っての実験データや写真などでアロエの効果を知らしめている。アロエの五大薬効メカニズム、抗炎症作用、健胃整腸作用、抗糖尿病作用、抗がん作用、薬効の多様性などが書かれている。アロエは医者要らずの言葉を裏付けるすごい本です。
