CGに手を出してみようかなと思い購入。
三人の作家さんの手法はそれぞれ使えるものが多いので、今すぐCG書いてみたい人はお手本にしてみたらいかが？

しかし私の一番のお気に入りどころは、本の前半で書いてある基礎知識編です。

途中少しわかりにくかったり、端折ったりしてあるところはありますがPhotoShopの“基礎知識”という、いまさら人に聞けない箇所が丁寧に解説してあります。
価格が高く分厚い入門編よりスマートで薄くとも、基礎事項を理解するには適している本だと思います。

　非常に参考になりました。3人のイラストレーターの方がそれぞれ自分のやり方を丁寧に説明してくれているので、わかりやすいし、即戦力になりました。イラストレーターさんの描くイラストがどれも非常に綺麗なのもグッドです。いろんな人が自分のHPで「CG講座」を設置して説明してくれていますが、この本があると見ながら描くことが出来るのですごく便利です。

　CGを始めようと思う人はぜひ。

前半部分は、photoshop7.0の機能紹介となっています。
「レイヤー・いろんなフィルタ・ペン」などです。
だから、“CGを製作する際に知っていると便利なphotoshopの機能を詳しく知ろう”という人にオススメです。

後半部分のいざCGを製作するという部分では、
・表紙の女の子
・RPG風の冒険者たちのパーティinジャングル
・エンジニア風の女の子
についてのCG製作過程の説明です。
さらに、
・photoshopをつかってのモノクロ漫画製作法
が載っています。

しかし、これらについては、前半の機能紹介にページを使いすぎたのか、あまり、濃い内容ではないです。

さらに、これは個人的意見なのですが、人物のCGを作る際に、あまりphotoshopの機能の知識は要らないと思います。
CGの製作過程を追っているうちに、自然に頭に入ってくるのが一番だからす。

なので、これからCGを作ろう、という人はCG製作過程に力を入れた、他の本をオススメします。
