経絡ヨガとは、要するにツボを直接刺激するアーサナを集めたヨガのことを云うようである。
「つぼヨガ」とでもネーミングした方がイメージがわき易く、親しみ易いと思うのだが・・・
名前はともかく、中身は、初心者に毛が生えた程度の私にとっても、
比較的易しく、強度の高くないアーサナが集められており、お気楽にできる。
しかも、その効用は即効性があり、そしてビンビン効く。
足裏マッサージのように体に電気が走る。
もちろん、オトコの私にとっては、
中島史恵の胸の谷間や、各アーサナ終了後に見せる脱力した素（？）の表情が妙に艶っぽいのも、
継続のモチベーションUPをもたらしている。

もっとも、付録のDVDが経絡ヨガの「紹介」の域を出ていないのが、
綿本彰のパワーヨガの「レッスン」諸作品を併用している私にとって不満が残る。
指示が粗雑であったり、右パートだけあって左パートが省略されていたり、
カメラワークが的外れであったりえるといった点が散見される。
私は、一日の疲れを取るために使用しているので、　
綿本作品のように、DVDは付けっ放しにして、
できるだけ神経を使わなくていい構成が望ましい。
あと、中島史恵の語りで瞑想のパートがあれば、
瞑想の継続のモチベーションがあがるのだが。

いろいろ難点はあるものの、癒される経絡ヨガを世に紹介した点と、
次回作の期待を込めて、少し甘いが、星５つ！！！

メインは添付のDVDなのだが、内容はムックに書かれているのと同じ。
まっとうで硬い内容なので、ヴィジュアル・露出・セクシーな要素を求
める人向きではまったくない。そういう人は、「SEXY Body パワーヨー
ガ」のほうを見ましょう。

気持ちいいです。
普段絶対伸ばさないような体の部分を伸ばしているかんじがします。
肩甲骨の内側が、じんじんイタ気持ちよく、肩こりがよくなって、
さわやかな気分で仕事に向かえるかんじがします。
本はすべてカラーで、写真がたくさん載っており、
ヨガ超初心者の私でもわかりやすい内容です。
本格的にヨガをやりたい人には物足りない内容かもしれませんが、
自宅で朝、ちょこっとヨガをやって、今の健康を維持するため、
体のメンテナンスをしたい、という程度の人にはちょうどいいと
思います。


女性の私でも、中島さんのプロポーションのお美しさは眼福です。
こんなふうになれないのはわかっていても、少しでもヒップアップ
してくれるといい･･･！(> <)と思いつつ、毎日続けていこうと思っています。
