オレンジページのからだに関する本はどの本も分かりやすく書かれていますが、この本は女性の更年期についてまとめられています。

婦人科の病気のことだけでなく、心のトラブルのこと、体と心の「元気」をつくる実践編としてウォーキングや体操、食事のこと、更年期障害と薬についてなど幅広い話題が分かりやすく書かれているところがとてもいいです。

３５歳をすでに迎えた人も、これから迎える人にも大切な事ですし読んでためになると思います。
